ENKAJI RESORT TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Bookings are accepted on the condition that guests have their own comprehensive travel insurance cover to cover all eventualities.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the reservation cost. The 50% booking balance is then payable in full 7 days prior to date of arrival.
- If the final payment is not received by this point, Enkaji Resort is entitled to release the rooms and not repay the 50% deposit.
- Fees are fully refundable up to 45 days before arrival (net of finance costs).
- Provisional bookings can be made directly to info@enkajiresort.com.
Your booking will be held provisionally for 7 days, subject to availability. - Last minute bookings are to be paid in full upon confirmation and prior to arrival, if made within 7 days of date of arrival.
- Guests are required to complete a registration form and provide an identity card or passport upon check-in.
- We reserve the right to review published rates in the event of currency exchange rate fluctuations, in costs or taxes that are beyond our control.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation must be made in writing and must be acknowledged by Enkaji Resort in order to be valid.
- Less than 45 days and No Show, 100% is forfeited, or;
- An alternate booking can be made subject to availability at that time.
- Refund exceptions are made if travel is prevented by government or pandemic related restrictions, either to Kenya or guest’s departure country.
