ENKAJI RESORT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Bookings are accepted on the condition that guests have their own comprehensive travel insurance cover to cover all eventualities.
  2. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the reservation cost. The 50% booking balance is then payable in full 7 days prior to date of arrival.
  3. If the final payment is not received by this point, Enkaji Resort is entitled to release the rooms and not repay the 50% deposit.
  4. Fees are fully refundable up to 45 days before arrival (net of finance costs).
  5. Provisional bookings can be made directly to info@enkajiresort.com.
    Your booking will be held provisionally for 7 days, subject to availability.
  6. Last minute bookings are to be paid in full upon confirmation and prior to arrival, if made within 7 days of date of arrival.
  7. Guests are required to complete a registration form and provide an identity card or passport upon check-in.
  8. We reserve the right to review published rates in the event of currency exchange rate fluctuations, in costs or taxes that are beyond our control.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation must be made in writing and must be acknowledged by Enkaji Resort in order to be valid.
    • Less than 45 days and No Show, 100% is forfeited, or;
    • An alternate booking can be made subject to availability at that time.
  2. Refund exceptions are made if travel is prevented by government or pandemic related restrictions, either to Kenya or guest’s departure country.
